Sinnamon Donuts

Go nuts for our Donuts! That's right our Panic Pancakes Baking Flour is so versatile that the possibilities are endless, with small tweaks to traditional recipes you can add that punch of protein and taste your diet desires! 

 

Ingredients

Bag of Panic Pancake Mix

2 1/4 teaspoons of instant yeast

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/2 cup warmed whole milk

1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 egg yolks

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

vegetable oil for frying

Mixture of ground cinnamon and granulated sugar

Directions

Bag of Panic Pancake Mix

2 1/4 teaspoons of instant yeast

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1/2 cup warmed whole milk

1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 egg yolks

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

vegetable oil for frying

Mixture of ground cinnamon and granulated sugar

Mix all the dry ingredients with a flat spatula

Add all of the liquids and mix

The mix will become very sticky 

Let it rest for about an hour

After you let the flour rest, start warming up the vegetable oil.

Grab the flour and start kneading it flat and cut into the donut shape we know and love.

Drop each of your donuts into the oil and watch them go from 2d to 3d instantly they should rise within 10 seconds.

The donuts will look a little burned but they will definately not taste it (unless you actually burn them).

Mix granulated sugar with powder cinammon and dust each donut.

You can also top with your favorite toppings! Serve, Enjoy, and make sure to share your creations with us.
